Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. For small jobs, a text with a photo is usually enough for a firm price.
Are materials included?
Listed prices are labor. We can pick up materials (billed at cost plus 15%), or you can supply your own.
What size jobs do you take?
Repairs, installs, maintenance and pressure washing up to $1,000 per project. For larger remodels or permit work, we'll gladly refer you to a trusted licensed contractor.
Is there anything you don't do?
Yes. We don't do roofing, solar panel cleaning or repair, garage doors, foundation work, propane connections, crib or bunk bed assembly, fire or water damage restoration, or any work more than three stories (30 feet) up. We're happy to point you to a specialist.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Same-day or weekend rush service is an extra $40.
How do I pay?
Card, Zelle, Venmo, check or cash. Payment is due when the job is done and you're happy with it.
